At China Digitizing Shop we strive to provide the best digitizing service possible in the least amount of time and at the lowest price. 2.How much does it cost to have designs digitized? dingitizing--------$3 per 1,000 stitches smallest design--------$10.0 largest design--------$200.0 3. How much does it cost to estimate designs? Free. 4.Do you charge for additional fee for edition? We don't charge any edition fee, we think it is our duty to supply you satisfactory design. 5. How to send order to you? You can e-mail a file, a description. To make sure the design will be sent back as soon as possible, please send us your design along with 3 main items: a. Size :Please specify the width and height b. Material: What kind of fabric it will be sewn on? c. Format:what kind of format you want and other special inquires Send order by e-mail: chinadigitizingshop@gmail.com. 6. Which type of art format is acceptable? You can send pictures to us by format .jpg, .bmp, .gif, .eps, .psd , .eps or .pdf . 7. How do I get my finished embroidery design? We will send the finshed embroidery design to you by email. 8.What format do you offer? We can provide most format, such as .EDD, .DST, .DSB, .DSZ, .EXP, .CND, .PAT, .SAS, .PLS, .DP, .DAT, .CAP, .KSM, .SEW, .JEF, .HUS, .PES, ESL, .XXX, .PCQ, .CSB, .EMT, etc. 9.How do I pay for my designs? You can make payment by Paypal, or you can send us an e-mail to ask for our bank information for payment. We accept Visa card, Master card, Western Union, E-check, and Wire transfer make payment now... 10. What digitizing software do you use? We own Wilcom,Tajima digitizing software. 11. Do you sell your stock design? No, all the designs that we do are custom designs and we do not sell them. WE have good rapport with our clients and we never break their trust in us. 12. How long does it take to design? A design will usually be completed within 30 hours after it is received. It takes 2 days (usually less than 3 days) in case of a larger size of a complicated pattern. 13. which type of stitch include? We can provide such design types as flat embroidery, appliqué embroidery and 3D foam embroidery. |
